Do I still have a warranty? (click here)
When you purchased your windows from Regency, you essentially received two warranties: one for labor/service and one for the actual product. Since your windows were installed by Regency, they provided you with the labor/service warranty. As they are now out of business, the labor/service warranty has expired.
On the other hand, the warranty for the actual product – your windows or siding – was provided by the manufacturer. The product warranties may still be valid. All but one of the manufacturers Regency used remains in business and will continue to honor your product warranty. Click here for more info.

I purchased windows from Regency, left a deposit and never received the final product. (click here)
Please contact the Ohio Attorney General to file a complaint at www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov or 800-282-0515. The windows were removed from the warehouse months ago and have been placed in an unknown warehouse. You still may be able to obtain them.
What does Window Nation have to do with the old Regency Window? (click here)
Window Nation purchased only some assets from the bank that took over Regency Windows in January and none of the liabilities. Since Window Nation didn’t install or profit from the installation of any product sold by Regency it cannot afford to nor will be held liable for any warranty claims.
How do I obtain service on the kitchen refacing project Regency performed? (click here)
It appears that Regency offered a one year labor warranty and various product warranties (depending on the product purchased). Unfortunately, we don’t have access to any data from the kitchen refacing division at this time. We are working with the vendors and a local kitchen service expert on possible options.
How do I obtain service on the vinyl siding I purchased? (click here)
Since Regency is no longer in business the labor warranty is now expired. The product warranty is still valid as long as the supplier of the material is still in business; and all of the suppliers still appear to be open. Your supplier can be found on the contract or warranty form provided at time of installation. Unfortunately, we were not given access to this information.
